WhatsApp and our customer-service systems

WhatsApp communications are processed using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, including the Cloud API. Meta and WhatsApp may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use Chatwoot as our customer communication and inbox platform. Our Chatwoot installation is self-hosted on infrastructure controlled or configured for our business. This enables authorized team members to manage customer conversations in one place.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate, maintain, secure, and support our systems. Where these providers process personal information for us, we apply appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards based on the service and the information involved.
